Science - Nutrition

Today for our science homework, we had to jot down what we ate for the day. This will help us know what nutrients we usually get from our food.

Protein:
prawn - lunch
fish - lunch
crabmeat - lunch
chicken wing - dinner

Carbohydrates:
Bread - breakfast
noodles - lunch
tofu - dinner

Vegetable and fruits:
cucumber - dinner
mango - dinner

Fats:
ice-cream - dessert

Water:
water - all meals
